What is snoring? Snoring occurs when a person breathes noisily through the nose or mouth at the time of sleeping. People usually snore when they are stressed or they feel congested. Snoring is a big problem among many people, especially those who are working. Even a child or a pet can snore.

Other reasons because of which snoring can occur are heredity, lack of fitness, consumption of alcohol and lying on your back at the time of sleeping.
