* Smile as much as you can and in the most exaggerated manner. In fact, make it as big as possible. Hold this position for atleast 5 seconds.

* Close your mouth and press the lips as firmly as possible for a minimum of 5 seconds.

* With a closed mouth and tightly pressed lips make a sipping position. This is just like sipping some hot tea or coffee.

* Hold out your tongue and stretch it as much as possible. Make sure that it remains absolutely straight. Also, the tongue should not droop!

* Stretch out your tongue as much as possible. Move it from one side of the mouth to the other. Make sure that the tongue touches the corners of the lips.
